Good Performance is a critical characteristic of successful Application. Sometimes projects can be very fast-growing and concentrated on releasing new features to satisfy their users. But at some point we may find ourselves in a situation when users just don't want to use our Application because they can't wait for 10 seconds to load a page. Performance in Salesforce is not the clearest and well document thing so getting new knowledge related to it is always about experiments, tests and investigations.
